Mercier Consultancy invites applications for a dynamic Norwegian Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative position for a renowned luxury car brand in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional roadside support to Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring they experience the premium service that accompanies owning a luxury vehicle.

Your expertise in the Norwegian language will enable you to deliver clear and concise assistance when clients require help with vehicle issues. You will be instrumental in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction by efficiently resolving their concerns and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier roadside assistance in Norwegian through phone and online channels for luxury car clientele
• Evaluate customer needs effectively and offer tailored solutions for a variety of roadside scenarios
• Coordinate with service providers, such as towing services and repair shops, to ensure prompt assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests within our CRM platform
• Exhibit professionalism and politeness in all customer communications
• Collect customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on the luxury car brand's products and services to assist clients effectively

Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and experience in handling high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in customer support or roadside assistance preferred
