As an Online Store Adviser, you will be a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive interaction with the online store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with navigating the online store, placing orders, and payment processes
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone
• Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Document and manage customer interactions carefully in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
