In your role as a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and integrity of online platforms by reviewing content, addressing safety concerns, and enforcing policies. Your fluency in Norwegian will be crucial for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital content to identify potential safety risks and content violations
• Investigate reports related to trust and safety issues and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance trust and safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with clients in Norwegian to resolve safety-related inquiries and provide guidance
• Analyze safety incident trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay informed about industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices pertaining to digital safety
• Support and participate in training programs for internal teams and clients

Requirements:
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your CV and cover letter.
• Relevant experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, cybersecurity, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided
