Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in Subscription-Based Services, based in Greece! In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers, providing expert support and assistance regarding their subscriptions and related inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian will be critical in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding subscription plans, billing, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complicated client issues
• Provide detailed information about subscription features and benefits
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our services
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on service offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and tools
