Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce an opening for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Greece! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our Norwegian-speaking users, delivering exceptional support and assistance related to our ride-sharing services. Your language skills and customer service expertise will ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our app.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and educate users on how to maximize their experience with our app.
Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions or issues related to the ride-sharing app and services
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our customer management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve clients' needs
• Educate users on best practices for using the app effectively
• Gather and report user feedback to help enhance our services
• Stay informed about app updates and new features to provide the best support
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, especially within the technology or transportation sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
