Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Appliances Department located in Greece! In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Norwegian-speaking clients, providing them with outstanding support and assistance related to their home appliance inquiries. Your proficiency in Norwegian will enable you to effectively communicate and resolve any questions or issues they may have.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers. You will work collaboratively with clients to deliver solutions and ensure a smooth experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding home appliances, including product features and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Offer guidance on product usage and maintenance
• Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer goods sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
