Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department! In this essential role, you will be the first line of support for our Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring they have a positive experience while using our food delivery platform. Your language skills and customer service expertise will be key in helping our clients place their orders and resolve any inquiries or issues.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to orders, menus, and delivery services
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Provide detailed information about food options and delivery processes
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our services
• Stay informed about our service offerings and promotions to better assist customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, especially in the food or delivery sectors, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer needs and satisfaction
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and digital tools
