Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Agent to join our team supporting a leading food delivery service in Greece. This position offers a unique opportunity with paid relocation to Greece, combining your language skills and passion for customer service in an exciting, fast-growing industry.

As a Customer Agent, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian
• Resolve order issues, complaints, and address feedback related to food delivery services
• Provide accurate information about menus, delivery times, and promotions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and product features

Requirements:
