Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a job opening for a Norwegian Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department, located in Greece! In this essential role, you will assist our Norwegian-speaking clients with their mobile banking inquiries, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking services, app functionalities, and account management
• Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide detailed information about banking products and services
• Gather customer feedback to enhance services
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and app improvements
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and mobile banking applications
