Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department in Athens. In this crucial role, you will provide outstanding support to our Norwegian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Norwegian will be vital as you help clients with product information, order management, and any questions they may have about their fitness and sports equipment needs. You will play a key role in promoting our commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, availability, and order processing
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless customer experiences
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about fitness trends and new product launches to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for fitness and sports
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fitness, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and sports, eager to assist customers in achieving their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
