We are hiring! We are looking for AI Content Evaluators with native-level fluency in Norwegian, along with advanced English skills. In this role, you will support AI development by reviewing and evaluating content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper source attribution.

Job Type: Part-Time
Start Date: January 2025 (Project expected to launch in mid-January)
Duration: TBD
Schedule: Flexible, work at your own availability. Tasks typically require 4–8 hours to complete
Rate: 30 USD/hour

Are you a native-level speaker of Norwegian with strong English skills and great attention to detail? This freelance opportunity allows you to work remotely on your own schedule while reviewing AI-generated content and helping improve the accuracy and reliability of AI systems used worldwide.

What You’ll Do
This project involves a two-part task focused on quality assurance for the AI model. You will be utilizing your linguistic expertise to create data and then evaluate the resulting AI-generated content.

Responsibilities
- Read and synthesize content from PDF documents in Norwegian.
- Formulate clear, consistent questions based on the source material.
- Review AI-generated answers for accuracy, coherence, and cultural relevance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the AI's source attribution.
- Adhere strictly to detailed annotation and fact-checking guidelines provided in English.

Requirements-
- Native speaker of Norwegian (fluency in Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Danish also considered for separate postings).
- Must currently reside in Norway.
- University degree in Translation, Linguistics, or equivalent professional experience in a linguistically related field.
- Required to understand complex project instructions and complete the formal training.
- Desirable: Prior experience in the Technology and/or Marketing domains is highly desired.
