About the role

The North America eCommerce Media Specialist will support the North America eCommerce Media Manager in defining and executing the media buying strategy across the region. This role is highly analytical and focused on evaluating current activation setups, identifying incremental growth and efficiency opportunities, and translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations to shape winning channel strategies and tactics.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze competitive and market dynamics by monitoring local competitors, assessing regional trends, and translating findings into strategic adjustments and tactical recommendations.

Support the definition and execution of eCommerce media buying strategies for Retail Media across eRetailer platforms, providing data-driven insights and strategic guidance.

Convert category and channel data into actionable insights, identifying shopper behavior patterns, campaign optimization opportunities, and new expansion possibilities.

Support budget forecasting and allocation for regional media investments, delivering long- to mid-term forecasts and adapting allocations based on evolving market performance and trends.

Optimize regional advertising spend and keyword strategies, leveraging market intelligence to guide keyword selection, campaign structure, and expansion initiatives

Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure continuous knowledge transfer and category insights, enabling the CoE to effectively integrate brand-specific strategies.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including local media, sales, and marketing teams, to align media strategies with broader business objectives.

Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic insights, including clear action plans and recommendations to improve ROI and drive growth.

About you:

Proven experience in managing eCommerce media buying campaigns, with hands on experience in Amazon Ads both search and DSP.

In-depth knowledge of the local eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.

Very Strong analytical skillset

Proven experience converting insights into actionable strategies

Excellent communication abilities both in English and Spanish (fluent in both languages).

Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
