Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Nordic Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative to join our team supporting a prestigious luxury car brand in Greece. In this exciting role, you will be the voice of support for Norwegian and Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive top-tier assistance when encountering vehicle issues.

Your proficiency in Nordic languages will be crucial as you help customers navigate unforeseen roadside challenges, providing them with solutions that align with the luxury standards of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional roadside assistance in Nordic languages through phone and digital channels for luxury car customers
• Quickly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for various roadside emergencies
• Collaborate effectively with service providers, such as towing services and garages, to ensure swift assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when engaging with customers
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help enhance service delivery
• Remain informed about the luxury car brand’s latest products and services

Requirements:
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish Finnish, Swedish, icelandic or Norwegian) and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations
• Experience in roadside assistance or customer support is highly desirable
• Able to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Passion for luxury cars and commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools is a plus
