Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Streaming TV Department anywhere in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Streaming TV Department! This role is a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating our streaming services and ensuring they have the best viewing experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian Icelandic or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries about streaming services, subscriptions, and account management
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Guide customers on best practices for using our streaming platform effectively
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new features and content

Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
• A tech-savvy mindset with ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment for remote work
