Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department - Athens Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, located in Athens, Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking riders and drivers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing support to ensure a smooth ride-sharing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
• Provide support on account issues, payment questions, and app functionalities
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
• Guide customers on best practices for using the ride-sharing app
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve product knowledge and service delivery

Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in the tech or mobility sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or services is an advantage
