Mercier Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representatives for our Mobile Banking Services team based in Athens, Greece! In this pivotal role, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients with their mobile banking inquiries and provide exceptional support as they manage their finances through our platform. Your ability to communicate effectively in Nordic languages will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Guide clients on best practices for using our mobile banking services securely
• Provide feedback to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with banking regulations and service enhancements


Requirements:
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferred
