Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department located in Athens, Greece! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics, shipping, and supply chain management. Your fluency in Nordic languages will be essential for facilitating smooth communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to logistics operations, shipping status, and related services
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance service delivery
• Maintain knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with company policies and logistics trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools is a plus
