In this enriching role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding their home appliances. Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about home appliances
• Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting tips, and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Stay informed about product knowledge and updates in the home appliance sector
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skillset and knowledge

Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic or Swedish) as well as English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the retail or home appliances industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-centric attitude with a strong desire to help others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently residing there
