Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance Department based in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients with their automotive insurance inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible support while navigating their insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with queries related to automotive insurance policies, claims, and coverage
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues
• Guide clients through the claims process and help them understand their policy details
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and processes
• Participate in training sessions to keep current with insurance regulations and policies

Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic or Danish) and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance software and customer support systems is an advantage
