As part of our team, you will provide dedicated support to our customers who speak Nordic languages, ensuring that inquiries related to our Tobacco products are handled promptly and professionally. Responsibilities
• Assist Nordic-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Address inquiries and provide detailed information about Tobacco products
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Investigate and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Tobacco department and other teams to improve service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to help enhance product offerings
• Participate in training and development sessions to maintain product knowledge
Requirements:
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
