Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Retail Department, working remotely from Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them in navigating our online retail services and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Your fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Icelandic) will be essential in addressing inquiries related to product availability, order processing, and customer concerns. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will help foster customer loyalty and satisfaction in our online retail space.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language via phone, email, and chat regarding online retail inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order status, refunds, and exchanges
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and effective resolution of issues
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and services
• Stay updated on online retail trends and promotions to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Icelandic) and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a remote work environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in online shopping and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
