Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness Equipment Department, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to fitness equipment and promoting an active lifestyle.
Your fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be crucial as you assist clients with product information, order management, and any questions they have about their fitness equipment needs. You will play a central role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, order processing, and account management
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and service excellence
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our service and product offerings
• Stay informed about fitness trends and the latest product launches in the industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a enthusiasm for fitness and health
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fitness, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and deliver timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and helping customers achieve their health goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
