Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Airline Reservations Department, based in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers as they navigate their travel plans and airline bookings.
Your fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) will be crucial in assisting clients with inquiries, managing reservations, and resolving any issues related to their travel experiences. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will help ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat for airline reservations and travel inquiries
• Assist customers with booking flights, managing changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with airline partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services
• Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
