Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat with their gaming inquiries
• Provide support for game-related issues, account management, and technical troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues swiftly
• Stay updated on gaming trends, product releases, and community feedback
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• A passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, if not already located there
