Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Nordic Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department in Athens. In this exciting role, you will provide essential support to our Nordic-speaking clients, helping them navigate and optimize their online payment processes for seamless transaction experiences.
As a consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and provide customized solutions. Your dedication to excellent customer service and your ability to communicate effectively in Nordic languages will be key to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to enhance client understanding of payment system functionalities
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities
• Collaborate with team members to address complex challenges and provide effective solutions
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technologies
Requirements:
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• A commitment to high-quality customer service and support
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is preferred but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory
