We are looking for an energetic Non-Tech Recruiter with extensive experience in volume hiring to assist with recruitment efforts across vital business areas such as Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional capable of achieving high-volume, high-quality recruitment objectives by employing structured methodologies, fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, and utilizing data-driven decision-making within a fast-moving environment.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions spanning multiple business departments.
• Lead volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements, workforce planning, and hiring schedules.
• Set hiring priorities based on business needs and respond effectively to evolving requirements.
• Develop robust talent pipelines using various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, and local recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and administer candidate assessments.
• Organize and manage the entire interview process.
• Handle offer communications, salary negotiations, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage requisitions through the ATS and ensure recruitment data and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Track and enhance recruitment performance by analyzing metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Support employer branding, employee referral programs, internal mobility, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, with a strong emphasis on volume hiring.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience recruiting in sectors such as co-working, real estate, hospitality, or sales-driven environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
• Practical experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• A data-focused approach with the ability to monitor and improve recruitment metrics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with candidates.
