We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to manage both Non-IT and IT hiring within the SaaS/CPaaS domain. Based in Chennai, this role is ideal for a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across technical and business functions, contributing directly to organizational growth and capability building.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including sales and business functions
• Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fitment
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent market mapping
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3–5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, preferably within SaaS, CPaaS, or technology-driven environments
• Strong experience in sales hiring and business function recruitment
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup
• Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and high ownership mindset
• Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions effectively
