NOMEX® RAW MATERIALS PLANNER
this position is only open to internal candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The job will be based in Asturias, working on-site, and will be responsible for planning and purchasing raw and packaging materials for the Nomex® Asturias plant, according to the production plan requirements. This will require close contact with both internal and external suppliers, as well as managing their logistics and the shipment of finished products to warehouses or customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of SAP R/3 environment
Material masters
Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Stock visualization
Material Requirements Planning
Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English (reading and speaking)
Intermediate level of Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solving skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ALSO TO BE CONSIDERED
Knowledge of the Nomex® manufacturing process and plant processes related to raw materials
Knowledge and experience in preparing required shipping documentation: waybills, pro-forma invoices, customs clearance documents, etc.
Basic knowledge of Road (ADR) and Maritime (IMDG) Dangerous Goods Transport Legislation
Experience using manufacturing systems (Shop Floor - RYS)
Knowledge of the APO planning system.
