Job Summary:

The NOC Team Lead , based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be responsible for guiding and supporting the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, leading a team of Level 1 Engineers.

What You Will Do:

The role will be a key operational one in aligning engineering activities with service priorities, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and team cohesion.


Requirements:
Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily workflow of the NOC, ensuring 24/7 coverage through structured shift planning and resource allocation.

• Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of NOC engineers and interns
• Supervise incident handling, monitor ticket queues, and ensure SLA adherence and prompt resolution of issues.
• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of NOCaaS.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to maintain operational health.
• Engage with customers in active support situations or as part of scheduled service meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and escalate efficiently.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field

• Cisco CCNA certification (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a NOC or technical support environment
• Strong working knowledge of network monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana
• Experience with Zabbix + Grafana stacks, AIOps tools, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong understanding of Fortinet and Cisco ecosystems
• Hands-on familiarity with incident management workflows and escalation procedures
• Proficient in using ticketing systems, monitoring dashboards, and internal documentation platforms
• Additional certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE 5/6, and ITIL v4 Foundation will be considered an asset
