Role Overview
The NOC Support Analyst works closely with the Network Team to monitor telecommunication networks, computer systems, and servers while supporting customers and addressing their needs. The role is essential to maintaining uninterrupted network availability and ensuring business continuity. This position plays a key role in EdgeUno’s customer-obsession mindset, contributing directly to improved customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
• Monitor devices and systems using network management tools
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to determine next steps
• Update network documentation and monitoring system configurations
• Open and manage tickets with stakeholders following escalation procedures
• Track and document defects and resolutions in detail within designated systems
• Handle calls and requests through the ticketing system in English and Spanish
• Collaborate with the Network Engineering Team on configurations and updates
• Work on-site during assigned shift hours
Requirements
• English level above B2
• CCNA, JNCIA, or internal certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience with business networks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within shift schedules
• Composure and customer focus in high-pressure situations
• Strong learning mindset and problem-solving orientation
