Full-Time | Network Operations Centre

Arcadion is scaling its Network Operations Centre (NOC) to support critical infrastructure, smart-building systems, enterprise networks, and secure cloud connectivity for clients across Canada. We are seeking skilled NOC Specialists with strong routing and switching experience — particularly with Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and ideally Cisco — to join our front-line network engineering team.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and manage multi-site enterprise networks from our Ottawa NOC

Troubleshoot and resolve layer 2–3 network incidents with urgency and precision

Configure, maintain, and optimize switches, routers, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls

Work hands-on with Aruba Central / CX switches, Juniper EX/SR, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs & security policies

Participate in capacity planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and change requests

Support integrations connected to cloud services (Azure/AWS), OT/IoT, VoIP, CCTV, Access Control

Document topology changes, update network diagrams, and track device lifecycle

Collaborate closely with SOC, Field Services, and Infrastructure teams

Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call coverage schedule

What You Bring

✔ 2–5+ years in Network Operations, NOC/L2–L3 support, or enterprise networking
✔ Strong experience with Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet (config, deployment, troubleshooting)
✔ Solid understanding of routing & switching protocols: VLANs, BGP, OSPF, STP, VRRP, ACLs
✔ Familiarity with wireless mesh networking, PoE switching, fiber uplinks, VPN tunnels
✔ Ability to interpret monitoring dashboards, performance metrics, SNMP traps, logs
✔ Customer-focused communication & strong documentation skills

Nice to have:

Cisco Catalyst/Meraki experience

Certifications: ACSP/ACMP, JNCIA/JNCIS, NSE4+, CCNA/CCNP

Network automation fundamentals (Python, Ansible)

Experience in MSP, mining, industrial, campus, or distributed site environments

Bilingual (English/Spanish/French)
