Job Summary: Staff4Me is looking for a highly motivated NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network systems. This role demands excellent communication skills as you will assist users with technical inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts proactively to ensure uptime.
• Provide technical assistance in English via phone, email, and chat to clients experiencing issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as necessary.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
• Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
