As Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsability is to keep building and scaling our organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including partnering with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, sourcing, recruiting, closing and delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as the onboarding process and TA global projects / AI Toolings

 

• Crear y dirigir un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento, estableciendo una cultura de excelencia y responsabilidad para superar de forma consistente los objetivos de ingresos mensuales
• Gestionar las revisiones comerciales diarias y avance de los resultados, asegurando que cada consultor alcance su potencial de ventas
• Desarrollar forecasts semanales y mensuales mediante análisis de datos y planeación estratégica
• Supervisar y optimizar las actividades de ventas de su equipo, identificando oportunidades de formación y mejores prácticas
• Desarrollar un equipo de ventas para que dominen nuestros procesos y superen sus objetivos individuales 
• Asegurarse de que el equipo mantenga un conocimiento profundo y exhaustivo del producto para posicionar a NOA como líder del mercado
• Realizar seguimiento y analizar las llamadas de venta SPIN para perfeccionar las técnicas, mejorar las tasas de conversión e impulsar la mejora continua
• Utilizar las herramientas de CRM y análisis para identificar tendencias, realizar previsiones precisas y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos

 

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos de ventas de alto rendimiento para superar los objetivos
• Éxito demostrado en impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos y lograr resultados de ventas consistentes
• Experiencia en sectores de tecnología, las finanzas y/o salud
• Dominio de plataformas CRM (HubSpot y/o Salesforce)
• Habilidades avanzadas en aplicaciones de hojas de cálculo (Google Sheets) y elaboración de informes con tablas dinámicas
• Capacidad para analizar datos de ventas y generación de estrategias
• Habilidades de coaching para desarrollar consultores de ventas
• Experiencia en metodologías de ventas y gestión de procesos (incluidas las técnicas de venta SPIN)
• Gestión de cartera de clientes
• Habilidades de planificación estratégica y ejecución diaria
• Dominio fluido del inglés (escrito y oral): imprescindible para el liderazgo de equipos y la colaboración interfuncional
