NMCI Point of Contact (5152)

SMX is seeking a Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Point of Contact (POC) to join our team supporting the NAWCAD IT Enterprise Engineering, Operations, and Hosting Support Services program.

This role provides onsite support at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC, and offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in enterprise IT, gain exposure to multiple systems, and grow within a collaborative team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture, track, and maintain data across spreadsheets and databases

• Document findings and ensure accurate, organized records

• Manage and track tasks through completion, ensuring timely delivery

• Identify and report issues or anomalies to senior team members

• Support team members with hardware and software-related tasks

• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Required Skills/Experience

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience with no degree

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated accountability and commitment to delivering quality work

• Willingness to take initiative and support evolving team priorities

The proposed salary for this position is:
$30.09—$45.57 USD
