Your mission:
• Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge TTS, STT, LLM solutions, and conversational AI systems leveraging deep learning, hybrid models, and state-of-the-art speech-to-speech foundation models.
• Work comprehensively with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into various applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Research and integrate advanced speech foundation models such as SpeechGPT, Moshi, LlaMA-Omni, and similar technology
• Build robust, scalable voice AI applications with low latency, high accuracy, and adaptability across diverse accents and dialects.
• Conduct post-training optimization using ONNX, TensorRT, and VLLM
• Enhance our verbex.ai systems through continuous research on our in-house NLP components
• Deploy your research model at scale using Docker and Kubernetes with high-availability
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and documentation
Your profile:
• 2+ years of experience in related technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing STT, TTS, LLM, and advanced speech-to-speech foundation models.
• Strong hands-on experience with cutting-edge speech technologies
• Proficient in speech data preprocessing, feature extraction, acoustic modeling, and language modeling.
• Solid understanding of phonetics, prosody modeling, text normalization, and integration techniques for natural-sounding speech synthesis.
• Strong background in signal processing, acoustic modeling, speech enhancement, and noise reduction techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Bangla and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Qualification:
• Advanced knowledge of audio signal processing techniques.
• Experience deploying speech and NLP models in Docker-based microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Linux and cloud-based environments like GCP
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in multilingual speech processing and modeling.
• Strong ability to read, comprehend, and apply insights from research papers and patents.
