Au sein du département Customer Success, vous serez directement rattaché(e) à une équipe de consultants marketing experts de marchés des biens durables. En coordination avec eux :

• Vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de la réalisation d'analyses et d’études de marché sectorielles pour des acteurs majeurs du marché des biens durables : équipement de la maison en appareils électriques (électroménager, informatique, etc.), bricolage et jardinage, optique, papèterie, etc. Vous assisterez les consultants dans leurs analyses et la préparation des présentations. Vous serez présents à plusieurs rendez-vous clients et assurerez les analyses spécifiques demandées.
• Vous participerez à la gestion quotidienne du panel et répondrez aux demandes clients.
• Vous participerez à l’accompagnement des clients sur la plateforme digitale de l’entreprise (aide à la formation des clients, partage d’insights).
• Vous participerez aux projets de développement du département : panel distributeur, études consommateurs, store checks, préparation de salons professionnels et conférences, coordination avec les équipes dans le cadre de projets internationaux, etc.
• Vous assurerez une veille catégorielle sur les différents marchés sous la responsabilité de l’équipe (benchmarks, édition de newsletters, innovations…)

• Etudiants de préférence en 1ère ou 2ème année de Master, issus d’une école de commerce ou de l’université
• Intérêt marqué pour le marketing, l’analyse et les études
• Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint indispensable
• Bon niveau d’anglais requis
• Français courant indispensable (écrit et oral)
• Personne autonome, rigoureuse et rapidement opérationnelle
• Apprécie le travail en équipe
• À l’aise avec les marchés Tech et Électroménager, ou au minimum curieuse et intéressée par ces univers
