Are you Ready?

As a Lead, working for Retailors Sports Inc. - the official operating partner of Nike in Canada.

What You will do:

Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.

Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.

Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.

Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives

Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs

Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities

Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

What we would love to see:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years retail experience.

1 + years leadership experience

Cash handling experience

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time.
