Nightwork Soft Landscaper (Bicester)

We are looking for an enthusiastic soft landscaper to join our nighttime maintenance team at a prestigious site in the Bicester area.  The team maintain high quality standards and are seeking an individual who can contribute a 'can do' attitude.  This role would suit someone with experience, skills and understanding of soft landscaping and maintenance.

Key responsibilities: 

Pruning, lawncare, site preparation, clearance work, planting, watering.

Ensure Health & Safety measures are followed and upheld.

Liaise with clients effectively and professionally.

Maintain the landscape to a high quality, keeping it tidy and healthy.

Review gardening practices, tools and PPE regularly.

The ideal candidate will:

Be driven and positive.

Be physically fit as the role requires hard, physical work.

Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.

Be comfortable working outside in all conditions.

Have a full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable: 

Machinery skills would be an asset such as: Telehandler, MEWP, Digger and Dumper. 

Have good horticultural knowledge and some experience in garden maintenance.

This position is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

The hours will vary seasonally, from midnight until 9:00am in the summer and 2:00am till 10:00am or 3:00am to 11:00am in the autumn/winter.
