Night Manager

Position: Night Manager Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Night Manager , where your leadership will ensure our clients enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment. This role involves overseeing the quality of janitorial services during the night shift while managing a team of independent contractors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect cleaning operations to ensure compliance with client standards. Communicate effectively with the day management team regarding any issues, complaints, or special requests. Support the training and development of janitorial staff to enhance performance and quality of service. Prepare and manage nightly reports on service quality, addressing any deficiencies promptly. Establish effective relationships with clients and contractors to maintain high satisfaction levels. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the janitorial service or facilities management sector. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and management purposes. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Benefits: City Wide Facility Solutions offers a competitive compensation and benefits, including Hourly pay rate of $18–$20/hour , with shift differential for 3rd shift work.
