This is a nighttime commercial cleaning position for people who value trust, independence, and accountability—and who want the opportunity to grow into leading accounts and helping build a strong team.

This Role Requires a High Level of Trust & Ownership
Our team works inside client facilities after hours, often without supervision. Because of this, we are selective about who we bring on.

Schedule & Hours
Night shift: Typically between 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends as needed
Shifts may vary: 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on route
Consistent, year-round work available
Team members who demonstrate reliability and initiative will have opportunities for additional hours, account responsibility, and advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial janitorial cleaning (offices, facilities, buildings)
Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
Emptying trash and maintaining clean environments
Following company systems and quality standards
Working independently or with a small team
As you grow in this role, responsibilities may expand to include:
Taking ownership of assigned client accounts
Ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction
Supporting and helping train new team members
Assisting with route organization and efficiency

Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (bending, kneeling, standing)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Valid (non-suspended) driver’s license
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Ability to pass:
Criminal background check
Driving record check
Pre-employment drug screening
Ability to work independently and stay accountable
Willingness to clean all areas, including restrooms
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
Experience in fast-paced environments such as janitorial routes or facilities cleaning (requires both efficiency and attention to detail)
Ability to travel between job sites (~25%)
Work Environment

Exposure to cleaning products, dust, and indoor conditions
Active, physical work throughout the shift
