As a Night Groom, you’ll be part of the front-of-house experience, supporting our guests and team during the night shift while ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests feel safe, welcomed and taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests during night hours with a friendly and professional attitude
• Handling guest luggage and providing directions within the hotel when required
• Providing information about hotel services, facilities and local recommendations
• Supporting the Front Office team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas during the night shift
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Ensuring guest safety and comfort throughout the night
• Maintaining high hospitality standards and representing the Moxy brand experience

Requirements:
• Previous working experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Positive attitude and guest-oriented mindset
• Professionalism, responsibility and reliability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
