Are you a night owl with a sharp eye for detail?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting, smooth front desk operations, and a safe, welcoming environment overnight.

• Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
• Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
• Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
• Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
• Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures
• Step into Night Manager duties when required

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor (highly regarded)
• Confident in using Opera PMS
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Professional grooming and presentation
