Night Auditor

for Porto Carras Resort

Job Brief and Purpose:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operations of the hotel are conducted to the highest standard. You will maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, performing duties as directed by your manager with a professional and guest-focused approach.

Main Duties and Tasks:

• Perform and monitor day-to-day nightly activities, including checking-in and checking-out guests
• Carry out concierge tasks as needed
• Manage operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the hotel's public areas throughout the night
• Provide management with daily closing reports and snapshots
• Oversee health and safety measures and ensure the well-being of guests during the night shift

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Customer-oriented and approachable personality
• Strong attention to detail with a structured working approach
• Excellent command of the English language
