Are you a night owl? Join our friendly and professional Front Office Team as a Night Auditor and play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations.

This is a part-time night shift role, starting at 11:00 PM and finishing at 7:00 AM.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests, complaints, and overnight concerns.
• Reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centres and run the night audit process.
• Prepare and distribute revenue, occupancy, and incident reports for management.
• Conduct property security checks and manage after-hours access.
• Communicate clearly with the morning team and maintain accurate shift handover reports.
• Follow property procedures, health & safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
• Passion for people and hospitality.
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Available to work from 11pm and finish at 7am.
