We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about luxury hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach while remaining calm and professional at all times. The role also requires the ability to handle night shift reporting and accounting tasks and to take responsibility in emergency situations when needed.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset

• Able to exercise good judgment with difficult guests.
• Ability to handle reporting and accounting tasks during the night shift.
• Ability to take responsibility in emergency situations when the night manager is occupied.
