Night Auditor/Housekeeping
– Live & Work in the Stunning Canadian Rockies!
Picture finishing your overnight shift at 7 AM and stepping straight into the magic of Banff National Park — home to the world-famous turquoise waters of Lake Louise, the breathtaking Valley of the Ten Peaks at Moraine Lake, epic hiking trails, world-class skiing, wildlife spotting, canoeing, and endless mountain adventures. We're a welcoming, mid-sized hotel located right in the heart of the village of Lake Louise. With cozy accommodations, we provide the perfect base for guests exploring the Rockies — and for you to call home while living the mountain dream.
When you are working as the Night Auditor for two nights you'll manage the overnight shift solo from 11 PM to 7 AM, blending warm front desk hospitality with precise accounting duties in the peaceful quiet of the Rockies at night.
Midweek you will have three shifts with Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, welcoming service: check in late-night arrivals, share insider tips on the best hikes, viewpoints, and local adventures, handle concierge requests, and assist with baggage as needed
Process check-outs, reservations, phone calls, and payments (cash, credit cards)
Accurately post room charges, taxes, and verify all accounts — resolving discrepancies with keen attention to detail
Complete the nightly cash summary and reporting
Conduct occasional hotel walk-arounds for security and order
Help with light cleaning in public areas when time permits
In housekeeping you will be following safe procedures to clean rooms, bathrooms , make beds, set out amenities, assist with laundry . All to ensure guests have a positive first impression and experience throughout their stay
Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety policies
What We're Looking For
A genuine love for the outdoors and thrill of living in Lake Louise
Strong English communication skills focused on problem-solving and genuine guest care
Self-motivated, dependable, and confident working independently during quiet overnight hours
Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative team spirit
Basic computer skills (full training provided on our reservation system)
Prior hotel experience preferred
Prior housekeeping and cleaning experience Professional grooming and appearance
Must have a valid Canadian work permit and be able to obtain a Criminal Record Check
