We’re calling for the ultimate experience creator to welcome and ‘WOW’ our guests as their first point of contact. In this fast paced role, you’ll use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience. Sound good? Read on!

A day in the life of a Night Auditor:

• Working 2-3 shifts per week
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Prioritize the safety of our guests and the security of the venue as an unwavering standard
• Assisting with late arrivals, early departures and after hours guest enquiries or issues
• Expected to do some cleaning tasks, Cash handling and Manual handling tasks

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication and detail
• You must be available 11pm to 7am (No day shifts)
• You are highly organised and have no issue working independently 
• You hold a current RSA certificate

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
