THE POSITION
We are looking for a Front Office Agent with a focus on Night Audit responsibilities. This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures

• Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, including handling late arrivals or guest requests

• Performing the night audit: reconciling the day’s financial activity and generating reports

• Ensuring system accuracy for room types, rates, and availability

• Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness

• Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift
