Nhân viên vận hành máy - có đào tạo cho người mới tốt nghiệp (Mill Staff)

• Địa điểm làm việc: Số 23 VSIP II-A đường số 30, Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam - Singapore II-A, Phường Vĩnh Tân, Bình Dương cũ, TPHCM

Thời gian làm việc: 48 tiếng/ tuần (Thứ 2 - thứ 7)

- Giờ hành chính: 8h sáng - 5h chiều

- Vào mùa bận có thể sẽ thay phiên đi 3 ca: (6h sáng - 2h chiều) (2h chiều - 10h tối) (10h tối - 6h sáng)

• MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Vận hành máy (các silo cafe nhân) - vận hành máy bán tự động

• Đảm bảo các thông số sản xuất được tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt trong mỗi giai đoạn tại nhà máy.

• Thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ dưới sự chỉ đạo của trưởng ca sản xuất.

• Hỗ trợ trưởng ca xử lý sự cố trong quá trình vận hành máy.

• Giám sát quy trình và bảo đảm công suất chính xác, hiệu quả.

• Giám sát các nhân viên tạm thời ở nhà máy (nếu cần).

• Đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng trong mỗi quá trình lấy mẫu, thử nghiệm...

• Làm việc nhóm.

• Luôn tuân thủ quy trình và quy định về an toàn khi vận hành máy móc, thiết bị.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp.

- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/ Cao đẳng/ Đại học Cơ khí, Cơ hoặc Điện

- Có đào tạo cho người mới tốt nghiệp

- Có kinh nghiệm về vận hành máy bán tự động, hiểu biết về Bảo trì, hoặc đã làm việc về cà phê nhân hoặc nhà máy sơ chế nông sản thô (tiêu/ hạt điều...) là lợi thế

- Sức khỏe tốt.

- Làm việc chăm chỉ, tuân thủ quy định và ham học hỏi.

- Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ (OT) - theo yêu cầu công việc vào mùa bận

 

QUYỀN LỢI:

- Nhận 100% lương Gross và được đóng đầy đủ Bảo hiểm xã hội/ thất nghiệp/ sức khỏe từ tháng đầu tiên thử việc

- Lương tháng 13 (áp dụng tỉ lệ nếu làm chưa đủ một năm)

- Thưởng theo kết quả làm việc hàng năm

- Phụ cấp cơm trưa và phụ cấp đi lại;

- Ngày nghỉ: 15 ngày phép/ năm, áp dụng sau thử việc

- OT được chi trả đúng quy định của luật

- Đào tạo liên tục về an toàn và phát triển nhân viên.
