The Role

The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a mid-level/senior attorney in the Firm's Structured Finance group. 

 

Your Experience

Juris Doctor (J.D.), admission to the New York bar and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CLO) experience is required. Preferred class years 2018 -2021. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s). The group will also consider candidates with prior experience running deals in finance, private funds and/or capital markets.

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000-$420,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
